关于举办“第三届智能网联汽车技术及标准法规国际研讨会（ICV2017）”的通知
各相关单位：
在全球范围内，汽车、信息和通信等行业以实现自动驾驶及构建安全、高效、有序、节能的未来汽车社会为目标，围绕车辆智能化与网联化协同创新，融合形成了极具革新的力量，推动智能网联汽车进入纵深发展阶段。在国家战略支持和政策推动下，汽车智能化、网联化技术快速发展，自动驾驶技术和功能不断完善，越来越多的产品开始示范运行和实际道路验证，对测试评价标准和法规的需求日益迫切。
我国在《中国制造2025》战略纲领的基础上，相继发布《装备制造业标准化和质量提升规划》《汽车产业中长期发展规划》等重要文件，对我国汽车及相关产业发展的形势、目标、任务作了系统分析和部署，从国家战略高度提出“开展智能网联汽车标准化工作”“加强智能网联汽车标准体系建设”。
全国汽车标准化技术委员会在工业和信息化部、国家标准化管理委员会等主管部门的领导和支持下，组织各相关方共同开展智能网联汽车标准体系建设，筹备成立“智能网联汽车分技术委员会”，启动了一系列共性、基础及关键技术标准的研究制定工作，并从2015年开始举办一年一度的智能网联汽车技术及标准法规国际研讨会，搭建跨领域、跨行业、跨国界的技术交流与信息共享平台，就智能网联汽车技术及产业发展特别是标准法规、政策措施等进行研讨与对话，受到联合国（UN）、国际标准化组织（ISO）及相关政府部门、国内外相关行业的高度重视和广泛好评。
全国汽车标准化技术委员会定于2017年6月7日~8日在上海举办“第三届智能网联汽车技术及标准法规国际研讨会（ICV 2017）”，邀请工信部、国家标准委、公安部、交通部、发改委、科技部、商务部等相关主管部门和联合国（UN）等国际机构以及国内外汽车、信息、通信、交通等行业的专家、学者与会，以多元化思维和前瞻性视角，聚焦智能网联汽车标准法规体系研究与建设，共议智能网联汽车技术研发、产业发展、战略规划、政策措施、法律法规等，合力推动智能网联汽车技术及产业集群健康、可持续发展。
一、会议时间及地点
会议时间：2017年6月7日～8日，会期2天。
会议地点：上海颖奕皇冠假日酒店 （酒店地址：上海市嘉定区博园路6555号，近安虹路；酒店电话：021-60568888）。
二、会议内容
会议将研讨国内外智能网联汽车技术及产业的现状及趋势，交流在智能网联汽车领域的最新进展与未来规划，解读智能网联汽车相关的政策、管理措施，分析现行法律法规对智能网联汽车的适用性，介绍智能网联汽车标准体系建设动态与规划等，分享智能网联汽车示范运行经验。
研讨会期间，还将举办国家智能网联汽车（上海）试点示范区一周年活动。

三、会议语言
会议语言为中文、英文。会议期间提供中英文同声传译。
四、会议费用
会议费以汇款方式或会场现金方式交纳，不能刷卡。建议提前汇款（仅接受公司对公转账），以便会务组提前开具发票带至会场。
会议费包含参会注册、会议资料、会议期间自助午餐和晚餐。会议费发票由“全国汽车标准化技术委员会”秘书处单位“中国汽车技术研究中心”开具。
会议收费标准：
5月31日前汇款，会议费为RMB 2200元/人；以5月31日（含31日）前提交的汇款凭证为准；
5月31日之后汇款或现场交费，会议费为RMB 2500元/人。
